✔ Repositioned Promescent, a science-backed sexual wellness brand, through persona development, evolved content and storytelling that expanded emotional appeal and unlocked new audience growth — driving +15% new customer acquisition and +16% purchase conversion rate.
✔ Led Curio Wellness, a leading wellness product manufacturer with over $100M in annual revenue, to 52% revenue growth and >100% web engagement YoY with an omni-channel strategic marketing plan for market expansion.
✔ Directed strategic brand and marketing plans to support 10 retail locations and 6 product brands over the Northeast region for iAnthus, a cannabis manufacturer and retailer, resulting in YoY revenue growth of ~45%.
✔ Introduced McCormick & Company’s first direct-to-consumer brand, including brand development, product commercialization, retail strategy and eCommerce launch, leading to 15% web sales growth MoM, brand sales growth 32% and margin of 64%.
✔ Built Babe. (a boutique) from the ground up: A contemporary women’s clothing store which achieved above industry averages: $682 sales/sq ft; 52% Gross Margin; 7.2 inventory turnover, and 28% revenue growth YoY. Won multiple local and national awards for product selection, customer service and community involvement and later sold to a major competitor.
